I recently completed a commission and wanted to share the letter which client wrote me.
It was a pleasure working on this project with the client. Their enthusiastic reception of the completed piece was incredibly gracious and encouraging.
Moments like this remind me that the work I do, all of the long nights isolated in my studio, really does resonate with people.
This experience has been the highlight of this year's convention season.

This past December I participated in another great group show at LITM gallery/lounge in Jersey City. There I unveiled three new pieces and one old favorite of mine. As always, I greatly appreciate the support of all of those involved and were in attendance. Cheers!

Yes, two updates in one day!
Really excited about some new painting techniques I've been developing.
This piece is like painting a bowl of noodles, but a fun challenge at that.
Meet Tony Rockyhorror.
Tony is decorated with ornate facial tattoos in the Maori tradidion.
His skull appears to float on a bed of simulated lava rock.
The base of the wall sculpture is cast in a translucent resin. When hung in a window or in front of a light source the stones emit a molten glow.

This piece, along with the art of many other great artists, will be on display at the Color of Energy Gallery.
I've taken inspiration form Tā Moko (traditional Maori facial tattoos) and sculpted them onto one of my skull designs. Also, the tongue sticking out is a sign of intimidation to the enemy.
